Terms of Service

Last updated: 28 June 2026

These terms govern your use of DEVRIM Audit (the "service"), operated by [FILL: company legal name] ("we", "us", "our"), registered at [FILL: address]. By using the service or buying an audit, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. What the service does

You submit a website URL. We fetch the public content of that page, analyse it, and produce a structured report: findings prioritised by severity, a before/after rewrite of selected copy, and a short action plan. Monitoring re-runs that audit on a recurring basis.

2. What you're responsible for

  • You must have the right to submit the URL you provide and to have its public content analysed by us and our processors.
  • You must not use the service to analyse content that is illegal, infringing, or that you have no authority over.
  • You're responsible for keeping your account email and any access details secure.

3. The nature of the audit — honest expectations

Our audit is an AI-assisted, automated assessment of a web page. It is provided for guidance only. We're upfront about what that means:

  • It is not professional, legal, accessibility-compliance, security, or financial advice.
  • AI-generated analysis can contain mistakes or miss things. We don't guarantee that following the recommendations will increase conversions, traffic, revenue, rankings, or any other outcome.
  • Where our quality check is uncertain, we flag the report for review rather than presenting it as final — but you should still apply your own judgement before acting.

We make no guarantees of specific results. Any decision you make based on the audit is your own.

4. Payment and plans

  • One-off audit: a single payment of £29 for one audit of one URL.
  • Monitoring: a recurring subscription of £29 per month, billed until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals.

Prices are in GBP. Tax is calculated at checkout where applicable. Payments are handled by Stripe; by paying you also agree to Stripe's terms. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the service available but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, and we may need to take it down for maintenance. We rely on third-party providers (hosting, AI, payments, email) and aren't responsible for their outages.

6. Intellectual property

The service, its design, and its underlying software belong to us. The audit report we generate for you is yours to use for your own business purposes. You may not resell or redistribute the service itself, or scrape or reverse-engineer it.

7. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempting to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to it; no automated abuse beyond fair use; no using it to harm others. We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate access for misuse.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law:

  • The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties beyond those required by law.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, revenue, or data arising from your use of the service.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected by these terms.

9. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time and cancel a subscription from your account or via the customer portal. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
